Mr. Randall Stanke St. Anne Catholic School, as part of the St. Anne Parish community, works together to nurture growth in the Catholic faith, to seek knowledge and wisdom, and to serve others.
St. Anne Catholic School in Somerset is one of 15 parochial schools in the Diocese of Superior and is fully accredited by the Wisconsin Religious and Independent Schools Accrediting Association. St. Anne Catholic School was founded in 1890 and has been located in the current building since 1957. The school added a middle school wing and program (grades 6-8) in 2002, and currently serves 132 students, prekindergarten through grade eight. St. Anne Catholic School employs twelve degreed and state licensed teachers, including specialists in Art and Physical Education/Health. In addition to the core curriculum subjects, Religion is taught on a daily basis and our students participate in Mass every week. Our school also offers an on-site band program staffed by band instructors from Hill-Murray High School in Maplewood. St. Anne Catholic School participates in the St. Croix County Catholic Schools Athletic League as well as the Catholic Athletic Association out of the Twin Cities.
Deacon Dick Peterson is the Parish Life Coordinator and Father Andy Anderson serves as our Sacramental Minister. Our school joins either Father Andy or a visiting priest for all school Mass each Wednesday of the school year. You are welcome to join us! You are welcome to visit us during the school day as well.
